    Looking for System Design Analysts

    My company is looking for System Design Analysts for the below 4 areas.  Experience with TFS, Project Server and/or Sharepoint 2007 is a plus.

    User Interface

    Ability to provide strategies, process models, and information
    technology to design, manage and optimize the end-to-end customer
    experience process.
    Skills in User-centered design and optimizing the user interface around
    how people can, want, or need to work.
    Demonstrated experience with design principles related to human-computer
    interaction via multiple service channels to include kiosk, web, IVR,
    rich client, CRM applications.

    Business Intelligence

    Mid-level Structured Query Language skills.
    Skills in business process engineering, identifying alternative
    processes, identifying compound steps/activities in existing processes.
    Delivery of at least three data warehouse/marts from specification
    through end-user acceptance testing.
    Exposure to multiple (two or more) business intelligence tools.
    Exposure to multiple (two or more) data integration tools.
    System analyst experience (analyzing source systems is highly desired).

    Correspondence

    Experience with one or more enterprise communications platform products
    to provide multi-channel solutions for personalized communications to
    customers via Email, Print, SMS, or Web
    Skilled in delivery of automated solutions for document assembly,
    document generation, and document delivery in print or via electronic
    needs
    Skilled in integration of enterprise communications platforms with other
    systems such as, ECM, BRMS to ensure consistency throughout data
    capture, document output, and content services

    Business Rules

    Skills in business process engineering and translation to a business
    rule that can be incorporated within a BRMS
    Delivery of at least two BRMS implementation from specification through
    end-user acceptance testing.
    Exposure to multiple (two or more) BRM tools and systems
    Ability to perform all stages of the Business rule lifecycle to include
    Identification, Classification, Template Creation, Rule Creation, and
    Rule deployment as well as Rule maintenance
